Don’t overcomplicate it.

Fueling the human body can be very simple.

Eat things that walk and swim.

Eat things that grow on the vine and from the branch.

Avoid complex and processed foods. 

Shop on the outer edges of the grocery store. 

Eat 3-4 times a day. 

Focus on Protein and Carbs while keeping high density fats low.
